At the moment we are experiencing packet loss on out international connection.
Our network provider is looking into it

Temporary network drop today
Today we experienced a temporary network drop at from 09:25 AM to 09:32 AM.After research we found out that there were input errors on our 10Gb link. This was because of a faulty 10Gb module.We decided to switch to the redundant 10Gb link as soon as possible.
